2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate images and specifications, but colors and details may vary based on your display settings. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
2.1 Professional Grade Equipment
Our equipment is engineered for professional and serious hobbyist use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that equipment (particularly kilns and wheels) is installed and operated in accordance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally to Australia, Europe, Asia, North America, and beyond. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.
4.1 Large Equipment (Kilns, Wheels, Pugmills)
Large equipment is shipped via freight carriers and requires a signature upon delivery. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
5. Returns and Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our professional-grade tools. Most equipment is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product category.
- Kilns: 2-year limited warranty on parts and workmanship.
- Pottery Wheels: 5-year warranty on the motor and transmission.
- Pugmills & Mixers: 1-year limited warranty.
- Hand Tools & Extruders: 30-day return window for unused items.
For warranty claims, contact our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Used equipment or items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on this site is accurate. However, we are not liable for any inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
